Thank goodness for this chocolate smoothie to set me up for 3 sets of tennis this morning. We got a “W” today and played till noon on hard courts… might I add.
I had no time this morning for coffee, tea or breakfast. We were running behind and I knowing it was tennis day I had to think fast. A smoothie it is. This one was full on running power with a cup of raw spinach, 1 banana, 1 scoop of Tone It Up chocolate plant based protein powder, 1 cup of non-dairy milk, 1 tbs of cocoa powder and ½ cup of water. Blend and run out of the door.
