Mango Salsa

Sometimes less is best and when it comes to Mango Salsa that’s the name of the game. This 5 ingredient sweet and savory dish can stand alone, be atop your favorite tortilla chips, on tacos or any fish or chicken dish that is a good compliment.

You need:

3 peeled and diced mangos

2 tbs of finely chopped fresh cilantro

1 seeded and finely chopped jalapeno

1/8 very finely chopped red onion

Juice of ½ lime

That’s it. Put it in a bowl and mix it up.

These flavors are magical together and remind us that letting the beauty of fruit and veggies shine is at the core of really good food.
