40-Love Smoothie Bowl

The tennis season is here and I haven’t’ picked up a racquet since May. There isn’t time to practice so I guess I either hit the fence first or it will be like riding a bike. We’ll see what happens at 9am.. Should be interesting.

I am all fueled up for chasing little yellow balls after eating this smoothie bowl. Today’s bowl had ½ cup of frozen raspberries, ½ avocado, 4 frozen strawberries, 1 scoop of vanilla plant based protein powder and ½ cup of nondairy milk. Blend on high with a high powered blender and you will end up with a creamy consistency. Thank you to @juicytasty for the idea to add avocado to smoothie bowls. The consistency is amazing!

I used @naturespath Love Crunch granola, shredded coconut and a grape as the toppings. Any toppings will do.
