The Holy Spirit was clear on who he/she was in my life. And only when I invite the Holy Spirit to be active is he/she active. I'm not suggesting the Holy Spirt isn't there for me or watching out for me and there was something different when I was intentional about my conversation with the Holy Spirit.

Biscuits are now a rock and hard place. Since I can't have the "real thing" as my memory recalls, do I eat the not so good for me and most like the real thing gluten free biscuits or do I create something new and apply jelly?

I am “that” mom. The granola type who made all her baby’s food. Who believes that processed foods and food dyes are the devil in disguise. I wouldn’t consume those foods so why would I promote products that I believe are harmful to my body to my own child? Or, at least that’s my stand on the topic.

My husband loves pepper jelly and that’s where my thoughts began, and a relish developed. I chopped and chopped the peppers into small pieces and noticed several things. First, not all the peppers were hot, and some were very hot. There were mostly 2 varieties: wax peppers (hot) and sweet red peppers.
